The Project
A rapidly growing cybersecurity risk assessment platform focused on small to medium-sized businesses serving the needs of both partners and enterprise users. All users needed to awareness of emerging critical events, risks, and threatening activity while facilitating communication and intelligence between enterprises and partners.
The Solution
Starting with a user experience audit involving key stakeholders and current users, we uncovered major pain points, critical user flows, and priority data and actions to define effective task flows to meet analysts' needs. It was of the utmost importance to present data in a way that balanced the needs of expert-level enterprises with their partners that simply needed to understand their security posture from day to day. The solution was a clean, clear user experience and interface that surfaced key issues and actionable alerts.

The Result
